Assistant Program
The FHS Assistant Journey includes:

Certification in HEHC extensions (Including concealed bead, hybrid installs, toppers, etc.)

Structured workbook: values alignment, consultation method, color theory, client care

Daily hands-on training + monthly 1:1s

Growth plan from Assistant → Co-Stylist → Associate Stylist within 6–9 months

Goal tracking through PPF (Personal, Professional, Financial) check-ins
