Are the extensions real hair?
Yes. We use 100% human hair that can be washed, styled, curled, and heat styled just like your natural hair. We’ll review texture, density, and color matching during your consultation to ensure a seamless blend.
Will extensions damage my hair?
When properly installed and maintained, extensions should not damage your natural hair. We assess your hair health at every visit and choose a method that supports your density, growth pattern, and lifestyle.
How often will I need maintenance?
Most guests return every 6–8 weeks for move-up appointments. Your schedule depends on: hair growth rate, method selected, lifestyle, and desired fullness. We’ll build a maintenance plan that feels realistic and sustainable.
Can I heat style them?
Yes. You can curl, straighten, and style your extensions. We’ll show you how to protect them and provide product recommendations so they last beautifully.
Can extensions be colored?
We custom-color extensions when needed for a seamless blend. However, once installed, we avoid additional chemical processing to protect the integrity of the hair.
What if I’ve had a bad extension experience before?
You’re not alone. Many of our guests come to us after having appointments that felt rushed, uncomfortable installs, and feeling under-educated elsewhere. Our approach is consultation-first and lifestyle-aligned to prevent those issues.
How long does installation take?
Installation timing varies by method, length, and fullness.Your initial install can take anywhere from 2.5 hours to 6 hours depending on if you're having your hair colored or not. During your consultation, we’ll walk through exact timing so there are no surprises.
What is the investment beyond installation?
Maintenance appointments are every 6–8 weeks, and you'll want to restock home care products. Occasional hair replacement (typically 6–12 months depending on care and method), but most clients can wear their extensions upto 12 months, and k-tips are replaced every 3-5 months.
What support do I receive between appointments?
You’ll receive a detailed home care guide with product education, and styling tips. You'll have ongoing communication access and follow-up check-ins. If you ever have questions, you can message us directly. You will never be treated like an inconvenience.
What method is right for me?

What is a beaded topper?
A beaded topper is a lightweight, natural-looking hairpiece that provides coverage and volume for thinning areas, particularly at the crown. Unlike wigs, toppers integrate with your natural hair for a seamless blend.
Who is a candidate for a topper?
If you have fine or thinning hair, a beaded topper is an excellent way to add density and fullness without committing to a full wig or sewn-in extensions.
How often do toppers need maintenance?
Toppers should be moved up every 4-6 weeks, similar to sew-in extensions, to maintain a secure and comfortable fit.
Can I style my topper like my natural hair?
Yes! Toppers are made from high-quality human hair and can be curled, straightened, and styled just like your natural hair.
Do you offer payment plans or monthly installments for hair extension installs?
Yes, we offer monthly installments plans for hair extension install packages and your maintenance appointments. You can choose between AfterPay, Affirm, and Cherry. All require pre-approval through their websites. Let your stylist know at your consultation you want to use your installment or payment plan. There is a 3% convenience fee with all installment & payment plans.
