Q. Where are you located at?

A. I am located at 121 N 29th Street. There is street parking on the blocks surrounding the salon. If you happen to forget change, the meters do take cards, have an app available or I have some quarters for you too. There is a parking lot located on the corner of 1st and 29th that is pay to park.

 

Q. I’ve never been a guest at Fresh Hair, how do I schedule an appointment?

A. After you’ve read the New Guests page and have narrowed down which service block you want to scheduled, click the book an appointment link at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to book your appointment directly online.

Q. What services do you offer and how much do you charge?

A. Check out the Menu of Services page to find out what I offer and what the cost of services start at. 

Q. I'm a returning client, and I need to schedule an appointment, how do I do that?

A. Head to the Menu of Services page and scroll to the bottom. Click BOOK APPOINTMENT and you will be redirected to the online booking page. There you'll be able to choose the service you desire. Please remember to click request at the very end, this will ensure that I see your pending appointment request. If you do not click request, you will not have an appointment.

Q.What color line do you use?

A. I use COLOR.ME by KEVIN.MURPHY, this color line is ammonia free & PPD free. 

Q. What haircare do you use?

A. I use KEVIN.MURPHY and Davines haircare.
