Q1. Where is the studio located?

A, We are located at 121 N 29th Street. 

Q2. Where should I park?

A. Free reserved parking is available in the Hart-Albin parking garage located north of the studio on N 29th Street. If you’re uncomfortable parking in a garage, there is street parking and a parking lot south of Sassy Biscuit. If you happen to forget change, the meters do take cards and there is the PayByPhone app available.

Q3. How do I schedule an appointment?

A. After choosing your stylist and viewing their New Guests page, click the request button below the service experience you’d like to request.

Q4. How do I know if my request has been accepted?

A. An appointment request acceptance text and email will be sent out within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Q6. What services do you offer and how much do you charge?

A. Fresh Hair Studio is a booth rental salon so each stylist is independent and offers different service experiences, so prices vary.

Q7. I'm a returing client and I want to schedule an appointment, how do I do that?

A. Click the LOYAL CLIENT button at the top of the page or visit the SERVICE page and select your stylist to view and request your service experience.

Q8.What color line do you use?

A. Elle and Alice both use COLOR.ME by KEVIN.MURPHY because this color line is ammonia free & PPD free. 

Q9.What haircare do you use?

A. We primarily use R+Co sprinkled with a few products from Davines and CULT & KING that we just can’t live without.
